职位描述
The definition and implementation of appropriate HR strategies to support the needs of the business and to be a trusted partner in coaching and supporting stakeholders in key HR policies, practices and procedures. Work extensively with stakeholders in developing a culture that supports the Experian GC vision.
We need an experienced individual who has a deep understanding of business strategy, can build sustainable professional relationships and is capable of acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Role Responsibilities:
1.HR Service Delivery
•Works in partnership with the business to implement the business strategy and plan as part of the management/leadership team.
•Ensures that the organisation and people strategy needs are fully addressed in a people plan.
•Is a confidante and thought partner; providing innovative ideas, provocation and challenge, to the leadership team ensuring the people plan and strategy is fully delivered and adding value to the business agenda.
•Has a global mind-set, is culturally agile and adept.
•Supports sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of key talent
•Works as part of the HR team to support and deliver business and usual practices like pay review.
•Works collaboratively with the specialist functions to deliver the people plan
2.People Strategy Execution
•Works collaboratively with the specialist functions to deliver the people plan.
•Develops and sources the right capabilities to ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
•Supports the business to drive a breadth of change activities which deliver sustainable business benefit.
•Embeds a culture that supports an effective and engaging working environment.
•Is accountable for delivering and continuously improving standard HR services to ensure that they meet or exceed the needs of the business.
•Manage successful change projects to support higher talent, capability and engagement in our business
3.Coaching, Advice and Issue Resolution
•Provides leadership coaching, advice and insight to help business leaders understand and address the people implications of business decisions.
•Demonstrates outstanding teamwork, proactively developing colleagues, caring about our reputation and priorities and always assuming positive intent.
•Is credible and confident, displaying great energy, passion and drive in everything they do.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR operations, prior experience and demonstrated capability in driving employee engagement, have a track record of delivering successful change and will be skilled at coaching and influencing business and HR stakeholders at all levels to deliver results.
The ideal candidate will have:
-A minimum of 8 years of HR generalist experience and having HR business partnering experiences is an advantage.
-Good knowledge of HR function including social legislation, compensation & benefits, talent development, performance management, change management are preferred in this role.
-Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills required.
-Passionate about HR business partnering job and is willing to learn.
-Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects/work initiatives.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Fluent English in both oral and written.
