职责描述：
1.Employee Recruitment 人员招聘
1)Based on the recruitment requirement from business departments, conduct the hiring and achieve headcount target.
根据业务部门的用人需求，开展公司各部门的招聘工作，达成招聘目标；
2)According to the recruitment process, collect and screen candidates, arrangement interview and make out interview assessment, choose and offer the right candidates, ensure the candidates on board.
按照人事招聘流程，通过各项对外的招聘途径，收集和筛选候选人，安排面试、进行评估，录用合适的人员，确保新员工顺利入职。
2.Employee Staffing & Employee Relationship人事流程和员工关系
1)Work with business departments, conduct probation assessment on the new employees as schedule.
与业务部门合作，按照时间节点对新员工进行试用期评估；
2) with the labor contract renewal with business departments, inform the ation result to HR Specialist and follow up the renewal process accordingly.
与业务部门确认员工的劳动合同续签事宜，将确认信息通知人事专员，完成合同续签；
3)handle the employees leave off and conduct the face to face exit interview with some employees.
处理员工离职事宜。
3. Employee Training员工培训
1) Arrange and conduct the on board orientation training to the new employees
安排和进行各部门新员工入职当天的培训；
2)Coordinator for internal & external training arrangement, take charge of employee training record and documentation.
协调安排公司各类内部和外部的培训，负责员工培训记录等文档管理工作；
3)Receive the internal & external system and customer audit
接受公司内外部的各类体系和客户审核。
4.Other task assigned by department leader.
其它由部门负责人安排的任务。

任职要求：
More than 3 years related HR working experience in recruitment, training and ER module.
三年以上人事招聘、培训和员工关系的人事工作经验；
▪ Bachelor degree, major in HRM / Business Administration is preferred
大学本科学历，人力资源管理或管理类相关专业优先；
▪　Good communication, coordination skill
较强的沟通、协调能力；
▪　 Work with proactivity and creativity
工作积极主动，有一定的创新思维能力；
▪ Willing to work under pressure
较强的抗压能力；
▪ Good English command in reading and writing
英语读写能力良好；
▪ Proficient PC skills and Microsoft Office software
熟练操作电脑、Microsoft Office软件。
