岗位职责：
1.负责自媒体平台：今日头条、搜狐、网易、凤凰等企业号运营与维护，并积极开发拓展新的新媒体推广渠道。
2.跟踪各平台的推广效果，分析数据并反馈。运用有效的运营手段提升用户的活跃度、增加粉丝量及平台关注度，确保推广效果及广度。
3.配合公司微信、微博、网站及相关媒体推广宣传。
4.协助完成部门其他相关工作。
岗位要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，1年以上工作经验。
2.熟悉App、微信、微博等新媒体的传播规律，对新媒体传播领域充满热情。
3.能熟练操作H5、视频制作软件者优先。
4.有一定的文字功底，可针对各媒体平台风格对既有文章进行润色修改。
5.思维敏捷、活跃，具有敏锐捕捉热点事件、策划热点话题文章的能力。
6.具有良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力。
