Job Responsibility
- Plan, develop and organize learning and development programs related to leadership, functional and technical competencies as well as organizational effectiveness
- Drive and promote learning culture within the organization through effective tools and activities to have it deeply rooted into people’s mind.
- Keeps partnership with functional heads for learning and development initiatives.
- Align overall learning and development approach to Global L&D team, localize global programs to meet needs of China staff.
- Manage the training budget and effectively leverage the internal and external training resources when make sure meeting the needs.
- Search resources to identify course objectives and contents, and select the most effective supplier based on business needs
- Track and analyze learning and development metrics to measuring results, determine root cause of problems and develop and execute action plans to address problem areas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree above with more than 8 years of work experience in HR field, minimum 3 years for specific training and relevant people development experience
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills and training skills
- Computer competency, proficient in PPT.
- Excellent oral and written communication in both Chinese and English,
- Good project management skills, leadership skills and coaching skills
- Passion to work, strong creative ability, highly self-motivated
