Responsibility:
1. Work with Talent Acquisition team to recruit right sales talent, provide sound suggestion to sales functional/regional leader in terms of people hiring solution;
2. Review sales org. compensation & benefit regularly, and ensure internal equity and valuable to the org. effectiveness; Work with C&B team; plan the merit increase within budget.
3. Coordinate sales people movement & advancement, evaluate sales job & position both for people retention & development & people development; Work with MOD team, conduct advancement planning semi-annually, and successfully handle daily employee relations issue.
4. Customize performance management tools for sales team, drive the implementation On-time year-end performance appraisal, and effective goal setting; as well as driving mid-year progress review
5. Provide sales people managers with the council on low-performer management; Well-known performance improvement process and MAP implementation
6. Build up sales talent pipeline through developing sales talent; Successful IDP for Hi-potential & Hi-performer;
7. Help sales team to well understand & update company culture, facilitate change management, contribute to sales team moral building up Conduct “Frontline employee meeting” in each sales region quarterly, as the good-communicator.
8. Plan annual sales HC & related budget, contribute to people cost control; Effective OB planning & Mid-year Review/LE
9. Participate in national projects as needed.
任职条件
Requirement:
• 8 years above professional HR full function background from multinational company, with at least 5 years as management role, FMCG working experience is better
• Proven experience in Supporting sales will be an advantage
• Good knowledge and with hands-on history in labor relationship as well as C&B knowledge
• A good people manager, team player and could impact business with HR way of working
• Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English both written and verbally
• Strong capability in Training & Coaching, Good cross-functional communication skill
• Excellent PC skills, Excel, PPT etc.
