2、三年以上大中型企业人员招聘工作经验，熟练使用各类招聘分析工具及面试技巧；
3、个性成熟沉稳，有亲和力，有责任心，心态乐观积极，具备优秀的沟通技巧；
4、有物流行业招聘工作经验者优先考虑。
