Job Responsibilities: 1. Arrange Daily inspector work as per quality instruction for QA1.根据QA质量指导书安排日常检查员工作2. Translate customer quality requirement to WCL procedure for QA job instruction2.将客户质量要求转化为质量保证工作指令的WCL程序3. Review line quality defects and work on corrective ****3.审查线路质量缺陷并采取纠正措施4. Instantaneous feedback quality problem to manager, engineer for problem solving4.将质量问题即时反馈给经理、工程师以解决问题5. Conduct activity assigned by QA/PQE manager5.执行QA/QC经理指定的活动6. Technical support and Training support to all staff for problem6.针对问题向全体员工提供技术支持和培训支持7. Regular review the quality activity and monitor the activity is being implemented to achieve quality target.7.定期审查质量活动，并监督正在实施的活动，以实现质量目标。8. Regular report the quality status to QA/PQE manager8.定期向QA/QC经理报告质量状况9. To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standard9.确保所有工作流程和机械及工装设计符合安全标准Qualification: 1. At least 3 years experience as Quality engineer in PCBA1.至少3年PCBA质量工程师工作经验2.Knowledgeable in IPC-610A standard3. Have experience in Aerospace and/ or automotive, PCBA production will be an advantage4. Knowledgeable in QC tools5. Strong analytical skills in problem solving6. Ability to drive continuous improvement
