Professional knowledge:- Quality relevant job work experience- Quality tools and methods (8D, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP)- Knowledge and application audit process in accordance to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / VDA 6.3 - Application of the respective methodology for audits such as ISO 9001, VDA 6.3Social Skills:- Conflict management skills: Application of systematic methods or measures to prevent escalation, expansion of a conflict or clearance of conflicts.-Ability to communicate to an audience in an accurate, convincing and authentic way and to be able to prepare and present the essential facts for a specific (presentation) occasion.
