Conducting energy audits to identify areas and systems that need improvement like facilities, machinery, operations, etc2.Implement strategies to make the best use of energy intensive processes like heating and cooling.3.Integrate advanced technologies like smart sensors, IoT, and AI for real-time energy monitoring and control.4.Educate & coach staff about practices that can save and conserve energy.5.Stay updated on energy policies and adhere to the regulations and certifications.6.Collaborate with engineers and other environmental specialists to assess the site feasibility to install solar, wind or other renewable energy generation projects.7.Breakthrough Energy saving from all angles.8.Energy management System Digitalization & Visualization9.****ing: To be Best-in-class efficiency & effectiveness of utilities10.Kaizen purpose project set up for green factory to meet the standards of IR 5.0JOB SCOPE AND TASKS1.The Day-to-day task is to analyze the detailed energy data to well address the waste or loss, gap of facilities (water/gas/electricity/CDA etc.)2.Prepare or review technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirement.3.Collaborate with financial experts to analyze the costs vs. benefits of various projects and secure grants or funding for renewable energy projects.4.Identify and Analyse the root cause of the waste or loss of facilities performance.5.Follow IMFG’s KPI for energy saving set up roadmap and timeline to launch energy saving program or projects.6.Team with Facility and engineering team to set up KIP and coach and coordinate Kaizen projects in energy consumption.7.Set up projects to implement Kaizen for Green renewable energy application.8.Lead factory energy consumption dashboard setup or facility control and monitoring digitalization.岗位要求：1.Bachelor’s degree (Masters’ degree preferred) in Engineering, Business or related field 2.3-5 years of energy experience including energy audits and energy monitoring 3.Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or and or Energy Manager in Training (EMIT) is preferred.4.In depth knowledge of energy efficiency, including development of ECMs, energy modeling and calculations.5.Proficiency in Excel and other analytical software tools 6.Strong written and verbal communications skills in English 7.3- 5+ years in lighting retrofit, energy efficiency or similar fields 8.Experience in conducting energy audits and using energy analysis tools.9. Energy conservation project experience: screening, development, and implementation 10.Understanding of building efficiency/sustainability solutions 11Strong presentation and communication skills
