岗位职责：Product Management:a.Manages production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to high volume production.b.Thoroughly analyze overkill issues caused by factors such as test equipment, procedures, and production processes, and determine the root causes through data - driven methods.c.Collaborate with cross-team to propose and implement effective solutions for continue improvement on quality, test efficiency and product yield.Big data and AI application:a.Data Collection and Organization: Collect and organize various types of data in component and system test processes, include product and process data.b.Data Analysis and Mining: Employ artificial intelligence algorithms to deeply mine and analyze vast amounts of data, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies therein, and assist in optimizing the test process.c.Reporting and Collaboration: Compile data analysis reports for result visualization.岗位要求：1.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, microelectronics, EE or equivalent is preferred, 2 years or above related experience.2.C/C++/Java programming skills on Windows/Linux Platform, ****ing and Database knowledge is a plus.3.Have knowledge on memory product, NAND/NOR or RAM is a plus.4.Experience with hardware debugging tools such as multi-meters and logical analyzers is a plus.5.Self-motivated and willing to learn.6.Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.7.Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadlines.8.Good teamwork, willing to learn, logical thinking and pressure taken.
