招聘地点：合肥、广州、上海岗位职责：1、Responsible for seat **** & sub components design, development and validation负责座椅以及零部件的设计开发和验证2、Responsible for technical analysis, feasibility analysis of seat ****, designing product and improvement work负责座椅骨架技术分析，可行性分析，以及产品设计和优化3、In the development phase and serial production, responsible for the analysis, optimization plan and plan settlement of seat **** issues, such as noise, vibration and other defects在开发和量产阶段，负责座椅出现问题分析，优化以及跟踪解决，比如噪音振动或者其他问题4、Responsible for seat **** test requirement, items and track tests负责座椅骨架实验的要求，实验条目以及追踪实验结果5、Organise or join regular communication with suppliers and project members组织或者参加和供应商以及项目的会议6、Manage suppliers to complete all deliveries with high quality管理零部件供应商，按计划保质保量完成各开发节点交付物7、Design of 3D models & 2D drawing with CATIA V5 使用CATIA V5设计3D数据和2D图纸8、Responsible for DFMEA, DVP, BOM, design review and project document management in the development process, anticipate the solving of problems负责开发过程中的DFMEA, DVP, BOM, 设计评审等过程控制以及项目文件管理，及时预判发现和解决问题9、Responsible for the application of seat new technology, new process and new materials负责开展座椅相关新技术，新工艺，新材料的应用工作10、All other tasks assigned by superior上级分配的各项任务岗位要求：1、More than 8 years of seating experience Have experience as a project leader Skilled in communication8年以上座椅经验； 有做过项目的leader 经验；善于沟通；2、Familiar with the development of seats, familiar with the processes, testing specifications, laws and regulations, and technical standards related to seat development熟悉座椅的开发，熟悉座椅开发相关的流程、试验规范、法律法规和技术标准；3、Participate in the development of at least 2 vehicle models with complete seating experience参与完成至少2个车型的整椅的开发工作经验；4、Experience in developing seat **** platforms (A-SUV, B-SUV, A-SEDEN) is preferred.有座椅骨架平台（A-SUV,B-SUV,A-SEDEN）开发经验优先。5、Proficient in using CATIA software 熟练使用CATIA软件
