Responsibilities:1.Familiar with semiconductor assembly/test process flow . Semiconductor engineering related working experience is preferred .2.Lead root cause analysis, CA/PA to address qualification/ORM/ORT & phasing monitor failures and facilitate or participate in issues that arise on production products in China3.Gate and qualify Product or process change(CCC) request in China Operations and Coordinate Global change control between Fab and Assembly site .4.Plan & execute ORM/ORT/Phasing/Qual/**** test base on industry or Qorvo ‘s standard .5.Work with internal cross function Group to handle product related customer quality issue6.Understand and abide by the contents IATF16949,ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own responsible department.7.Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the board of directors from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilitiesQualifications:1.Bachelor or above on Engineering or experience equivalent to that.2.5 years or above engineering experience in semiconductor related industrial, or Fresh Master graduates in relevant major.3.English, Basic listen/speak/read/write English skills, CET-4 will be preferred.
