岗位职责：1、据顾客的要求(质量/交期/成本等)制定公司内部的产品开发要求Develop internal product development requirements according to the requirements of customers (quality/delivery/cost, etc.) 2、制定项目开发进度表，确定关键节点；Establish project development schedule, determine the key node3、管理及负责供应商试模、样件测量结果分析，并协助模具验收及解决相关品质、技术问题；Management and responsible for the supplier to try mold, sample measurement result analysis, and assist mold acceptance and solve the problems related to quality, technology 4、协同客户、供应商解决在制造及项目进程控制方面的问题；Cooperative clients, suppliers to solve problems in manufacture and project process control 5、负责各阶段的项目评审，定期召开项目会议，让项目组成员及时了解项目状况Responsible for project review at each stage, regularly holding project meetings to keep project team members informed of project status6、定期与客户汇报项目情况，及时将客户需求传递至相关部门Regularly report project status to clients and ****ly convey client requirements to relevant departments7、项目成本控制，按照项目预算，控制项目各阶段的项目成本Project cost control, according to the project budget, controlling the project cost at each stage of the project8、项目风险管理，及时识别项目潜在风险，确保项目顺利交付投产Project risk management, timely identification of potential risks in the project, ensuring smooth delivery and production of the project9、负责项目团队管理工作，监督团队开发进展，做好团队人才建设 Responsible for project team management work, supervise team development progress, and responsible for team talent development10、及时完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。Timely complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，Bachelor degree or above.2、五年以上汽车零部件行业产品开发项目管理工作经验More than five years of experience in product development and project management in the automotive parts industry3、三年以上项目团队管理经验More than three years of project team management experience4、熟悉ISO/ IATF 16949，精通 APQP，PPAP，FMEA等工具；Familiar with ISO/IATF16949, proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA and other tools5、熟悉注塑成型，钣金冲压，锻造压铸制成工艺和表面处理工艺；Familiar with injection molding, sheet metal stamping, forging and die casting process and surface treatment process6、熟练掌握Auto CAD, solid works等相关软件Proficiency in Auto CAD, Solid Works and other related software7、较强的英语听说读写能力，英语能够作为工作语言Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can be used as a working language8、具备管理和领导下属项目工程师的能力 Ability to manage and lead subordinate project engineers.
