-负责方向盘部件的工程开发和供应商管理（方向盘、DAB、散热模块等）。-作为生产开发负责人，组织技术会议并完成对方向盘相关供应商的技术评估。-与全球工程团队、采购员和项目团队合作开展供应商提名活动。-根据雷诺项目要求，领导供应商开发方向盘部件。开发活动包括剖面设计、3D 数学数据和 2D 图纸发布、EWO、DV/PV 报告、RGPQP 文件和 BOM 管理。-负责定义方向盘的性能和功能，根据基准和客户经验报告详细的技术标准。-确保供应商的提案符合雷诺的产品规格。-控制方向盘组件的成本、质量、重量和时间方面的项目开发。-领导解决项目开发阶段的工程问题。-车辆工程、机械工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。-6年以上方向盘开发或相关领域工作经验，熟悉制造流程、PDT和数学数据发布流程，熟练掌握CATIA和RVT。-工作语言为流利英语。-有知名 OEM 或相关行业工作经验者优先。-积极主动、以解决方案为导向、具有前瞻性思维、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
