职责描述：1.负责新产品开发中3D模型及2D图纸的设计 Lead 3D model & 2D drawing design for new projects2.对公司图纸及设计交付物进行管理和维护 Manage and maintain engineering models, drawings and design deliveries3.主导新产品开发中团队的DFM&DFT制作，审核，确认，并根据评审结果进行设计修改 Lead DFM on generating, checking, estimating in new projects with team, and revise design based on DFM result.4.完成设计过程中相关尺寸的公差分析 Complete tolerance analysis of relevant dimensions during design stage5.应用仿真软件对产品进行应力分析，确保高质量的设计方案 Apply FEA to execute simulation on new design models to guarantee high quality6.积极协助NPD, PE, PM, QA, Sales, Tooling, EST, Sourcing等团队完成相关工作 Collaborate with NPD, PE, PM, QA, Sales, Tooling, EST, Sourcing team to complete relevant works职位要求QUALIFICATIONS1. 机械工程或相关专业, 大专或以上的学历College Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related science2. 3年以上产品结构设计相关工作经验，有线束或连接器设计经验优先3+ years’ experience on mechanical structure product design. Design experience on harness or connector will be preferred3. 熟练使用SolidWorks/AutoCAD等工程制图软件。Skillful for operating engineering software of SolidWorks/AutoCAD/ for modeling4. 熟练掌握公差分析技巧，对互换性形位公差有比较深的认识Well known on tolerance analysis, understand the knowledge of GD&T5. 1年以上DFM制作、审核经验1+ year experience on making and estimating DFM6. 有应用FEA经验的优先考虑Has the application experience for FEA will be preferred7. 具有良好协调沟通能力, 对工作尽职尽责, 上进心强Good communication and coordination skills, responsible and self-motivated8. 能吃苦耐劳, 勤于学习，善于方法创新 Hard work and enduring hardship, Good at method innovation.
