岗位职责：1.参与跟进设备的研发和改善并及时汇报；2.了解并掌握公司的各种设备原理与结构，对不良设备提出自己的建议及改良对策；3.对公司设备的研发、改善提出建议及要求，并参与督查实施；4.参与购置设备及零部件的选型、安装、调试及验收工作，并做好相应的记录；5.参与公司研发设备的对外技术联络工作，并及时反馈给领导.岗位要求：1.统招本科及以上学历，机械设计等相关专业2.1年以上同岗位工作经验，熟练掌握2D3D机械设计软件。
