Direct experience in OPC model calibration is strong plus4. Familiar with one of the commercial OPC products, including Synopys Siemens EDA, or Brion5. Familiar with S-Litho is plus6. Linux/Unix platform working experience7. **** languages knowledge(sh, tcsh, perl, python, Matlab)8. Strong problem solving and innovative thinking skills9.
