岗位名称：音乐教学助理岗位职责：1.负责音乐课程的教务管理工作，了解每位教师的专业背景、授课风格，从而做出合理的教学安排，包括课程安排、学生信息管理、教学进度跟踪等；2.协助专业教师进行教学准备，确保教学质量和效果。针对专业课授课情况做文字记录及报告，对学生专业课学习情况进行统计和整体协调；3.与学生和家长保持良好沟通，解答他们的疑问，提供必要的帮助和建议；4.负责学生考勤和成绩管理工作，及时记录和更新学生的学习情况；参与学校晚自习值班工作，为学生提供必要的帮助和指导，维护良好的学习氛围；5.负责编排校历、课表、日常教学授课类通知的撰写发布、教学相关文件的撰写起草等；6.完成上级领导交予的其他相关工作。任职要求：1.热爱音乐教学，对自己职业规划清晰，有在基础工作岗位开始做起并不断学习和进步的愿景”2.音乐或相关专业本科及以上学历，具有留学背景优先，英语可作为工作语言；3.熟悉教务管理流程，具备较强的组织协调能力和执行能力，能够适应一定的工作压力，具备处理突发状况和紧急问题的能力；4.细心谨慎，具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够与学生、家长和教师保持有效沟通，解答疑问并提供帮助；5.熟练使用各类办公软件和教学管理软件。Job Responsibilities:1.Manage the academic affairs of music courses, understanding the professional **** and teaching **** of each instructor to make appropriate teaching arrangements, including scheduling classes, managing student information, and tracking educational progress.2.Assist faculty members in preparing for classes to ensure high-quality teaching outcomes. Document and report on the specifics of specialized course instruction, and coordinate and compile statistics on student learning in these subjects.3.Maintain effective communication with students and parents, addressing their queries and providing necessary assistance and advice.4.Manage student attendance and academic records, keeping timely updates on student progress participate in school evening study supervision, offering guidance and support to students and maintaining a positive learning environment.5.Responsible for organizing the academic calendar and timetables, drafting and publishing notices related to daily teaching activities, and preparing educational documents.6.Perform other related duties as assigned by superior leadership.Job Requirements:1.Passionate about music education with a clear career plan, willing to start at an entry-level position and eager to learn and progress.2.Bachelor’s degree or higher in music or a related field, with preference given to candidates with international study experience English proficiency as a working language.3.Familiar with academic administration processes, possessing strong organizational and execution skills, capable of handling work pressure, and adept at managing emergencies and unexpected situations.4.Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a service mindset, able to effectively interact with students, parents, and teachers to resolve queries and provide assistance.5.Proficient in various office and educational management software.
