工作职责：1. 内容创作与管理 协助撰写和排版市场学校的微信公众号和小红书平台的文案，提升内容质量和用户互动。2. 招生支持 协助招生老师开展招生工作，包括资料准备、电话沟通和活动等。3. 新媒体运营 协助团队进行内容选题策划，短视频剪辑及简单设计工作。4. 行政事务支持 处理其他市场部相关的行政性事务，协助团队顺利运作。任职要求：- 熟悉新媒体平台玩法（微信公众号、小红书、微信视频号等），对内容创作以及选题策划有一定的理解和经验。- 具备良好的文案写作能力和审美，能够独立完成基础的内容撰写和排版工作。- 具备熟练使用办公室软件的能力，能够熟练使用Word Excel PPT等软件- 具备视频剪辑和基础设计技能，有相关软件使用经验者优先（Canva 、剪映即可）。- 相关工作经验约2年，市场营销、传媒或国际教育行业相关背景者优先，留学生优先。-具备良好的沟通能力，团队合作精神，能够在压力下工作。
