岗位职责：1、负责为学生提供专业的心理咨询；2、梳理咨询过程，建立学生心理咨询档案等；3、组织心理健康教育、心理咨询讲座等活动；4、能辅助特殊学习需要(special learning need)的学生，例如ADHD/读写障碍等；5、完成学校安排的其他工作。岗位要求：1、具备教育学、心理学、医学相关专业本科以上学历，学校咨询相关专业协会会员优先考虑2、至少三年的咨询或教学经验；有特殊儿童心理辅导经验优先；3、流利的中英文双语沟通能力；有在IB学校工作的经验(有PYP/MYP经验者优先)4、具备较强的有较强的责任感和平和的心态，成熟稳重，能承受较大工作压力，有高度工作 热情、良好职业素养、务实工作作风，热爱并乐于从事教育事业；5、较强的洞察力和分析能力，有责任心有亲和力，善于人际沟通，有团队合作意识。工作踏实肯干，普通话标准，热爱心理健康事业，对行业有较高的认同。

Dr. Maggie Koong, the Head of Academy of Victoria Shanghai Academy (VSA), will lead Victoria Park Academy as Chief Principal.
