岗位职责： 1. 协助外籍老师的教学活动和班级日常事务 2. 负责跟进学生的学习成长情况 3. 配合教学计划、活动的完成，如成果展示和课外实践等 4. 协助老师进行学生管理和家校沟通。岗位要求： 1. 优先师范生，英语、教育等相关专业等，本科及以上学历，英语能力优秀；2. 英文听说读写能力优秀，能和外籍人员流利沟通；3. 有同岗位工作经验者优先，可考虑优秀应届生；4. 有教师资格证优先；5. 有爱心、有耐心和亲和力；热爱工作，有团队精神。
