Job Responsibilities 职位职责:The Faculty of Business and Management, BNU-HKBU United International College, now invites candidates for the Research Assistant position. The appointee will assist the project leader, Dr. Patrick WANG, in multiple research projects.Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:(a) Conduct literature review(b) Perform data collection and processing(c) Conduct data analysis using STATA, Python, SAS, or R(d) Assist in writing up research findings.Preference will be given to those with expertise in data analysis, textual analysis, and machine learning.Job Requirements 职位要求:1. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Master’s degree in Management/Statistics/Data Engineering/Business Analytics or related disciplines2. Experience/training in academic research (such as conducting empirical studies)3. Knowledge of and experience in data analysis or programming using STATA, Python, SAS, or R4. Knowledge of and experience in statistical methods such as panel data analysis, DID, and event study5. Knowledge about strategic management or international business6. Good command of English, especially in reading and writing, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability of article typesetting will be an advantage7. Being hard-working, responsible and detail-orientated.
