QUALIFICATIONS岗位要求： （北京学校也招聘小初校长！！）1.Bachelor’s degree AND above本科及以上学历；2.Ideally more than 10 years experience in CNC/PYP education and more than 3 years in a leadership role in an international school10年以上的国家课程/PYP教育工作经验，3年以上国际学校领导经验为佳；3.Fluency in English and Chinese with excellent cross-cultural communication skills英语和中文流利，并具备优秀的跨文化交流技能；4.Outstanding interpersonal skills: a good listener with a collaborative management **** with honesty, integrity, compassion, a sense of humor and sense of confidentiality杰出的人际交往能力；善于倾听并具有合作精神；诚实的管理风格；正直、同情心、有责任感；幽默、具有保密意识；ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责： 1.The DHOP assists with any tasks requested by the Head of Primary, in the manner of taking ownership for one’s own responsibility in the role to ensure that all facets of operation run as smoothly as possible小学副校长协助小学校长完成各项任务，发挥主人翁精神，尽可能确保各项事务顺利完成；2.Work to facilitate the improvement of the PYP organization, structure, functioning in general协助完善PYP计划、组织结构以及总体运作；3.Assist the Head of Primary in the leadership of, and daily management of PYP to ensure that teaching and learning take place effectively from a larger scale/vision in the direction of the School Vision/Mission协助小学校长开展领导工作以及PYP日常管理，以确保教和学在学校愿景和使命的指导下能更有效地实施4.Collaborate to formulate policies and regulations and procedures (including regular daily and emergency events)合作制定政策、规章、流程(包括日常事务和紧急事件）；5.Organize ongoing formal assessment in all subject groups relevant to the annual IB requirements and goals as set by the department and the data analysis needs for ongoing enhanced teaching and learning按照IB的学年要求，学部设定的目标以及数据分析要求，组织所有科目的正式评估，以不断提高教学水平和学习成果；ABOUT US 关于学校：Our school is an international elite institution.
