职位描述（Job De****ion）：双语幼儿园新媒体运营主管职位标题： 双语幼儿园新媒体运营主管职位类别： 运营管理 / 新媒体运营岗位职责（中文）：1.策略规划：负责制定并执行双语幼儿园的新媒体运营策略，包括内容策划、活动策划、用户增长及互动策略等。2.内容创作：领导团队创作高质量、符合儿童教育特色的中英文内容，包括图文、视频、音频等多种形式，提升品牌影响力和用户粘性。3.平台管理：负责微信公众号、微博、抖音、小红书等新媒体平台的日常运营，确保内容更新频率与质量，监测并分析数据，优化运营效果。4.社群建设：建立并维护家长及潜在客户的社群，通过线上活动、互动问答等方式增强用户参与度和忠诚度。5.合作推广：寻找并合作适合的教育资源、KOL或机构，进行品牌联合推广，扩大品牌知名度和影响力。6.数据分析：定期分析新媒体运营数据，包括用户行为、内容效果等，为决策提供依据，不断优化运营策略。Job Responsibilities (English):1.Strategy Planning: Develop and implement new media operation strategies for our bilingual kindergarten, encompassing content planning, event planning, user growth, and inter**** strategies.2.Content Creation: Lead the team in creating high-quality, child-education-focused bilingual content, including graphics, videos, audios, etc., to enhance brand influence and user engagement.3.Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of WeChat official accounts, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and other new media platforms, ensuring content update frequency and quality, monitoring and analyzing data to optimize operational effectiveness.4.Community Building: Establish and maintain communities of parents and potential customers, enhancing user participation and loyalty through online events, interactive Q&A sessions, etc.5.Collaboration & Promotion: Identify and collaborate with suitable educational resources, KOLs, or institutions for brand joint promotions, expanding brand awareness and reach.6.Data Analysis: Regularly analyze new media operation data, including user behavior, content performance, etc., to provide insights for decision-making and continuously refine operation strategies.任职要求（中文）：1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，市场营销、新闻传播、学前教育或相关专业优先。2.工作经验：至少3年新媒体运营相关工作经验，有教育行业背景者尤佳。3.语言能力：流利的中文和英文听说读写能力，能够熟练运用双语进行内容创作。4.技能要求：熟悉新媒体平台操作规则，擅长内容创作、数据分析及社群运营。5.创新能力：具备良好的创新思维和问题解决能力，能不断探索新的运营方式和工具。6.团队合作：优秀的沟通协调能力，能够带领团队高效完成目标。Requirements (English):1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Preschool Education, or related fields.2.Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in new media operations, with a **** in education being a plus.3.Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, capable of creating bilingual content proficiently.4.Technical Skills: Familiarity with new media platform operation rules, skilled in content creation, data analysis, and community management.5.Innovation: Possess strong innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to continuously explore new operational methods and tools.6.Teamwork: Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to lead the team in achieving goals efficiently.我们提供：•完善的薪酬福利体系；•广阔的职业发展空间；•和谐的工作氛围与团队文化；•不断学习与成长的机会。
