数据分析师双休不加班Responsibilities:岗位职责-Using Tableau or PowerBI, a BI data visualisation tool, to report and analyse student performance and behaviour data to support school resource al****, teaching and learning improvement, and management decision-making.利用数据可视化BI工具Tableau或Power BI, 对学生成绩和行为等数据进行报表分析，为学校资源配置，教学改进以及管理决策提供数据支持-Be responsible for performing routine tasks from PC and Mac deployment, printer, projector and peripheral hardware and software.负责维护和解决日常客户端电脑PC和苹果Mac的系统安装，打印机，投影仪等常见办公和教学设备硬件方面的问题-Manage macOS/iPadOS/tvOS and ASM+MDM based on Apple.基于苹果校园的软硬件系统平台对Mac, iPad以及Apple TV管控操作-Ensure IT inventory is accurate in asset management system.管理学校的IT资产，并在系统中实时更新记录-Fix daily end-users’ software issues like Microsoft 365, SIS, etc.解决教职工和学生在教学和学习中遇到的技术问题，例如微软365云平台，学生信息系统等教学和学习使用到的应用-Respond to helpdesk phone call and onsite technical request by the reception desk, assist ICT colleagues on daily assignments if necessary.在办公室前台应答技术支持热线，接待前来寻求技术支持的用户，如有需要协助部门其他同事日常工作-Offer end-user training to help them improve technical skills.提供员工的IT技能培训-Assist SIS administrator on creating /publishing assessment template / report and other operations.协助教务系统管理员创建发布成绩报告等日常系统运维工作。-Other duties as assigned by ICT manager.包含并不限于以上的工作，能够积极执行来自部门主管的其他任务安排Qualification:岗位要求--Good knowledge of Tableau or Power BI's data analysis quantities preferred.有Tableau或Power BI的数据可视化分析软件实操经验者优先。-BS degree, data analysis and ICT major are preferred.本科学历，计算机，数据分析相关专业为佳-Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant IT system具有良好的IT系统运维方面的背景知识-Knowledge and experience of customer service practices and attitude拥有良好客户服务态度-Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support.相关在技术排错和用户培训方面的桌面工作经验-Proficiency in English，strong communication skills with expat staff与外教可以用英文无障碍沟通，较强的面对面沟通能力-Working knowledge of help desk software like remote control tool.熟练使用常见的远程控制软件VNC/RDP等-Database experience such as SQL/MySQL is preferred.有SQL/MySQL数据库相关经验者优先。-International school working experience is preferred有国际学校工作经验优先考虑
