岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:1.制定和实施学校网络信息化工作规划，拟定学校网络信息化制度和标准并组织实施；Formulate and implement the university's information technology (IT) plan, establish IT policies and standards, and organize their implementation.2.管理学校网络信息化建设预算，组织协调网络信息化建设相关工作，实施预算绩效评价；Manage the university's IT construction budget, organize, and coordinate related IT construction efforts, and carry out budget performance ****uations.3.管理学校网络信息化团队，培养并激励团队成员，领导团队实现学校网络信息化建设目标；Manage the university's IT team, train, and motivate team members, and lead the team towards achieving its IT construction goals.4.管理学校共享基础数据库，负责学校数据资源的配置使用和数据安全相关工作；Manage the university's shared basic database, allocate and utilize university data resources, and handle data security-related tasks.5.管理学校网络及信息安全，组织开展信息化保密相关宣传教育与能力提升培训；Manage the university's network and information security, organize, and conduct IT confidentiality-related promotion, education, and capability enhancement training.6.持续提升学校信息化基础设施建设水平，保证服务质量满足校园用户需求；Continuously improve the construction level of the university's IT infrastructure to ensure the service quality meets the needs of campus users.7.持续评估网络信息化相关新技术的应用价值，引导学校在网络信息化建设领域保持竞争力；Continuously assess the application value of new IT technologies, guiding the university to maintain competitiveness in the field of IT construction.8.完成学校领导交办的其他任务。Complete other tasks as assigned by the university leadership.任职要求 Job Requirements:1.拥有计算机、通讯或相关专业的硕士及以上学位；Must have a master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.2.具备 10 年以上的 IT 工作经验，5 年以上管理经验；Must have more than 10 years of IT work experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity.3.具有高校、科研院所、政府或大型企业 IT 工作经验的优先考虑；Preference will be given to those with IT work experience in universities, research institutions, government, or large corporations.4.具有高校网络、信息化建设统筹、设计、规划能力；Must have the ability to coordinate, design, and plan university network and information technology infrastructure.5.有大型信息化信息化项目申报、管理、建设经验；Must have experience in proposing, managing, and constructing large-scale informatization projects.6.有网络、通讯、信息化团队建设和管理经验；Must have experience in building and managing networks, communication, and informatization teams.7.熟悉高校与政府相关部门及信息化组织机构的沟通机制；Must be familiar with the communication mechanisms between universities, government departments, and informatization organizations.8.具有出色的组织协调能力，以及优秀的沟通技巧；Must have excellent organizational and coordination skills, as well as superior communication abilities.9.综合服务意识、创新意识及工作责任心强；Must have a strong sense of integrated service, innovation, and work responsibility.10.良好的英语书写和口头表达能力。Must have good English writing and oral communication skills. 此岗位需要英文面试+笔试

香港城市大学（简称港城大）作为香港高等教育的重要一员，致力与内地院校及科研机构拓展深入的合作关系。为贯彻落实《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》，深化粤港澳创新合作，港城大更将粤港澳大湾区的办学计划纳入大学整体规划之中，为优化大湾区高等教育布局结构、聚集高端人才、建设国际科技创新中心做出贡献。港城大于2020年初与东莞市人民政府和东莞理工学院就合作办学事宜达成共识并签署了合作协定，拟在松山湖共同申办成立一所具有独立法人资格的合作办学机构“香港城市大学（东莞）”[简称港城大（东莞）]。以合办双方优势学科为基础、结合粤港澳大湾区及国家产业发展需求，港城大（东莞）主要围绕计算机科学、人工智能与数据科学、高端电子信息、生物医学工程、智能制造、先进材料、新能源、土木与建筑工程及数字经济等前沿领域开展办学。港城大（东莞）将秉承港城大“教研合一”的办学理念，引入港城大学术标准实现“两校一质”，将“创新无限”作为立校引擎融入人才培养全过程，致力于培养具有国际竞争力的卓越人才。2022年6月，香港城市大学（东莞）获教育部批准筹备设立。同年11月，香港城市大学（东莞）（筹）正式注册成立，担负起港城大（东莞）的筹建工作，现各项工作正在稳妥有序推进中。
