职责描述：1、根据爱莎国际学苑发展战略，协助项目负责人开展各项人力资源及行政工作；2、处理员工关系，跟进员工入转调离程序，负责员工考勤管理及工资；3、跟进工签、居留许可办理等外籍事务；4、负责月度、年度人力资源相关数据的填报及分析；5、人才招聘及储备；6、负责办公室行政工作及管理、合同用印管理；7、采购及物资管理、固定资产管理，定期维护、更新相关台账；8、紧贴业务，协助各部门负责人做好员工沟通工作，建设企业文化，为业务发展提供支持；9、支持学苑各项大型活动的后勤工作；10、按质按量完成其他领导交办任务。任职要求：1、全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、行政管理或英语相关专业；2、良好的英语听说读写能力，熟悉外国文化，能适应全英工作环境；3、3年以上人事行政工作经验；有国际学校人事/外事经验者优先考虑；4、具有较强的沟通协调能力、人际交往能力、分析和解决问题的能力；5、抗压能力强，能同时处理多项任务；6、熟悉HR软件及办公软件的使用。
