Carefully complete the whole teaching process of lesson preparation, class, homework, guidance and ****uation承担日常语文教学工作。认真完成备课、上课、作业、辅导和评估等整个教学过程；2.Effectively implement the curriculum ****ives and school vision in classroom teaching, actively create a student-centered teaching space, stimulate students' interest in learning, and cultivate students' good learning habits, Chinese learning ability and language application ability在课堂教学中有效落实课程目标和学校愿景，积极创建以学生为中心的教学空间，激发学生的学习兴趣，培养学生良好的学习习惯、中文学习能力及语言应用能力；3.Respect and pay attention to the development of students' personality and carry out differentiated teaching尊重并关注学生个性发展，开展差异化教学；4.Follow the school education concept and actively participate in the construction of school-based Chinese curriculum system.
