职责概述：

对光伏组件质量研究、管理、监督、查验、分析、鉴定，现场指导解决质量问题，完成现场质量管理工作。

岗位职责:

1. 对光伏组件材料进行来料检验；

2. 负责组件的制程检验；

3. 对客户质量反馈和投诉进行收集，验证，分析，跟进处理和整改，提供纠正预防措施，对整改措施进行稽核与监督；

4. 负责供应商管理，对外购材料进行质量控制和工艺确认，保证零部件批量生产稳定性，推动和跟踪供应商对提供产品的质量改善；

5. 完成实验室检测报告；

任职要求:

1. 3年以上光伏组件质量工作经验，能够完成来料、制程、出货、供应商管理等多个模块工作；

2. 能适应长期海外工作（土耳其）；

3. 有一定书面英语能力能简单英语口语沟通能力。
