岗位职责

1. 组织公司新建异质结电池产线的设备厂商对及二次配点位确认；

2. 制定公司电池设备的管理制度，组织编制设备作业指导书、保养作业指导、日常点检作业指导书等文件；

3. 编写设备调试计划及确认跟进进度；

4. 计划实施本工序人员的二三级培训；

5. 本工序调试及生产过程中的异常处理及报告输出；

6. 定期梳理本工序的备件使用情况及时提请申购。

任职资格

1. 大专及以上学历，机械设计及其自动化、自动类等专业；

2. 至少3年以上同岗位工作经验；

3. 熟悉太阳能光伏电池丝印设备特性，熟悉设备维修、保管以及设备管理方法；

4. 有异质结电池生产设备维保、管理经验者优先
