岗位职责：
1、建立健全设备管理制度；
2、负责设备报废及验收工作；
3、组织处理重大设备故障的修复；
4、配件库存的管理，控制库存数量；
5、负责设备改造及改善项目的实施及监督；
6、设备配件采购的审核；
7、负责设备部门的工作运转及设备稳定运行的保障维护；
8、设备文件制定及更新；
9、主持设备日常管理工作；
10、设备保养维修计划的审核；
11、设备人员KPI考核评定。
KPI 考核方面：
1、关键设备故障率2、组件报废率3、执行力 /责任心4、设 备保养5、焊接机碎片率6、安全事故


任职要求：
1、大专以上，理工类相关专业；
2、同岗位工作年限5年以上，有光伏行业工作经验者优先；
3、较强的对内对外沟通、协调能力，抗压能力，清晰的逻辑思维；
4、具备较强的责任感与服务意识，严谨细心；
5、责任心强，具有团队合作精神，善于沟通，拥有工作协调能力，良好的学习能力。
