岗位职责：

1.负责太阳能高效电池PECVD工艺开发，优化工艺条件改善钝化效果，提升转换效率、良率、产能改善；

2.针对HIT异质结电池，改进和优化现有非晶硅/微晶硅工艺，提升设备工艺稳定性完成工艺实验报告；

3.负责PECVD设备的维护、保养，根据工艺需求对设备改进提供意见和建议；

4.负责新产品薄膜过程中数据收集及异常问题分析与解决；

5.负责新产品、新工艺的开发与转移，并使之适于量产；

6.制程整合部相应体系文件编写；

7.完成领导交办的其他任务。

岗位要求：

1、具有板式PECVD、管式PECVD镀膜设备，有PECVD经验者优先；

2、2-5年PECVD镀膜工艺调试经历，有晶硅太阳能电池制造行业特别是异质结PECVD经历优先；

3、材料学、化学、物理、半导体器件等相关专业，本科以上学历；

4、较强的数据分析、解决异常问题的能力；

5、熟悉常见材料和器件的表征方法，能独立操作各种分析设备，如椭偏仪，分光光度计，WCT-120，霍尔测试仪等；

6、具有良好的分析能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力、团队协作能力以及很强的执行力；
