职位描述

The Gas Management System (GMS) Dealer Manager is responsible for generating orders for the geographical area assigned through GMS channel by offering Dräger’s complete portfolio, solutions and services. He/she has Profit & Loss (P&L) sales budget responsibility in the geographic area that he/ she will achieve within the gross margin range assigned as a limit of authority. The GMS Dealer Manager is responsible for sales and promotional activities and relevant budget, and works with Marketing for planning and follow-up of demos managed by Application Specialists when required and for special events.
岗位职责

Development of the mission, vision and strategy and aim of the organization
-Be member of local management team of Workplace Infrastructure (WI) Sales and contribute to the development of the mission, vision and strategy and aim of the organization
-Identify relevant trends in the market and provide it to the local management team as an input to the sales strategy
-Implement corresponding s and products in the assigned geographical area in line with the overall strategy

Represent Dräger to the accounts in Mainland China
-Represent Dräger’s strategic vision and broader perspective to dealers
-Regularly visit the main decision makers within the account to establish solid contacts for ongoing or future business

Implement geographical area business-plan
-Manage customer relationships in terms of history of customers, customers installed base by Dräger & competitors, win / lost order analysis in the area by dealer, plan customers in terms of priority
-Collect market share and competitive information and feedback to the Sales management team as appropriate
-Assess customers’ profile
-Determine dealers‘/ engineering companies’ needs
-Determine plan by geographic area for budget achievement
-Analyze and implement Return of Investment (ROI) on s in the accounts

Management of GMS channel
-Work with construction company to achieve sales target for assigned geographic area with defined resources, tasks and goals (i.e. proposed discounts, commissions for dealers, area definitions and revisions, salary & bonus plans and revision) in line with the company’s overall strategy through GMS channel
-Work with GMS Project Manager to finalize the project on field
-Support Engineering Company to prepare GMS solution including designing, price, organization and services etc.
-Monitor construction company’s product portfolio and organizational development to disclose inconsistency with Dräger’s strategy and mission
-Implement sales processes per the company requirement
-Ensure that construction companies are properly supported, trained and uated keep construction companies highly motivated
任职要求

College degree in science and engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience

5-7 years of experience as sales representative or sales engineer in medical gas industry,
Mechanical and electrical engineering preferred.
