职责描述：
1.Drive high quality CFDA Pre-market approvals according to Storz China Business Plan
2.RA Process/Procedure development and improvement
3.Externally, Maintain and Develop CFDA related Gov. working relationships
4.Internally, Efficient Communication with Germany RA, China MKT/Sales Team
5.Motivate, mentor and coach team members to drive excellent RA results
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree, majored in Medical/Bio-engineering/Biological Related, Master preferred
2.More than 8 years related experience in MNC
3.Good command of English
4.Prefer people management experience
5.Deep understanding of CFDA regulation
6.Prefer Excellent Communication Ability
7.Good Network with CFDA and its subsidiaries
