职位描述：
This position will be responsible for the spine business in Inner Mongolia.
销售代表将会负责公司在骨科类产品在内蒙古地区的销售。
主要职责 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- 完成当地的销售指标 To achieve the sales target
- 专业的传达详细的产品知识给客户 To get solid product knowledge to serve customers with high standard quality and safty
- 管理当地代理商 To enhance the distributor management
- 管理当地重点客户，促进产品的市场占有率 To maintain and develop key account in order to increase market share
- 有效率的解决工作上的问题，完成每周的销售报告 To submit weekly reports and solve problems timely
技能需求 Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)
- 能主动去了解并回应公司内外部客户的需求 To be proactive and meet the internal and external customers’ needs

教育、经验要求 Education/Experience Requirements
- 医学相关领域背景，本科尤佳 Bachelor Degree of Medicine above or similar medical
- 良好的销售及沟通技巧 Good selling skill, good interpersonal skill, clear communication skill
- 适应出差 Travel up to 50%
