Job Summary
Assist Area Sales Manager to train & coordinate distributor on Zimmer internal operation process consolidate daily surgery report and monthly sales report manage instruments with high effectiveness.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
30% Area Distributors Management, new distributors coaching, e.g. registration material providing, operation process training, distributors’ sales forecasting, order process supporting
30% Area Instruments Management, e.g. operation co-ordination, maintaining, repairing and other returning goods management & stock control
20% Collect sales data and consolidate reports and analysis, including daily surgery report, in-market sales report, top 10 accounts, case comparison, commission and target reports, etc.
5% Prepare bidding documents and maintenance bidding system
10% Arrange sales meetings, sponsorship activities, marketing events.
5% Keep good relationship with other branches, other departments
100% Total Percent (not to exceed 100%)
Individual percents should be greater than or equal to 5%.

Education/ Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree & above
Good command of English (level 6 or above)
More than 2 years relevant experience
Familiar with relevant software applications (eg. word, excel, PowerPoint, etc )
Can work independently under high pressure
Good communication skill and team work spirit
Energetic and hard working
Travel Requirements
Up to 10%
