This is a very interesting career opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the accounting and financial aspects Reporting to Senior Finance Manager, He/She Provides full financial support to the Senior FinanceManager with the day-to-day and month-end accounting requirements. He /She will be responsible for supervising the Finance Reporting Team in Shanghai. He / She should lead the team in performing the financial functions and have full compliance with the US SOX requirements.

Responsibility:
•Manage and ensure efficient and effective financial systems, process and control.
•Develop , implement and monitor accounting policies and procedures to meet both current and future business needs and development.
•Perform annual budget based on the business plans and development.
•Prepare monthly financial schedules and analysis.
•Ensure compliance of all internal policies and relevant regulations (including SOX) and ensure completion and filings in a timely manner
•Understand the local taxation policy and requirement

Requirements:
•Bachelor Degree or above in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
•Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
•Familiar in US GAAP accounting requirement and reporting standards.
•Knowledge of SAP is a must.
•Sound knowledge of PRC accounting standards and tax regulations.
•Good analytical skills in financial control, forecast, budget with strong PC skills including MS Office and computer-based accounting system. SAP knowledge is advantageous.
•Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
•Able to work under pressure and deliver results
