Overview:
Business Development team is primarily responsible for Identifying and incubating business interests and opportunities for regional organizations. As an integral part of this team, the role of Business Development Specialist is expected to provide business development strategic and technical support to local sales team by study the region market and business environment situation. With Waters capability in delivering innovative technology year after year, you can ensure you will be always the first in China to get touch with innovative technology.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for food, environment, pharm market business growth by develop regional business development plan, sales visit support, sales tools generation in Waters West-South China.
- Incubate accounts’ interests and lead the interests to business opportunities base on vertical marketing strategy and business development plan.
- Efficient management of customer base through planned coverage and follow up of key accounts, user and prospects
- Conduct and organize seminars, user training.
- Work closely with sales & marketing teams to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Business development and market penetrate of defined markets and industries. Be focus on coordinating, supporting and communicating with sales team, application support team, service team, cross division team and corporate marketing team to achieve annual revenue target in defined markets and industries

Qualifications:
- Master degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Testing, Pharm or related field.
- Vast experiences in laboratory experience using HPLC, LC/MS.
- Strong customer-orientation with ability in developing and fostering long term effective relationships with key accounts and end users
- Ability to leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Mature disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Adaptable to dynamic and changing environment
- Can be travel in west of China
