岗位职责：

1.负责手术机器人软件的开发，包括机械手臂，目标跟踪，传感器整合，和机器视觉等。
2.负责实时闭环控制软件的设计和开发。
3.负责自动化软件的设计，并能通过软件的测试：包括安全性和可依赖性分析。
4.参与和带领知识产权的开发和专业申请。
5.和机械及电子电气工程师合作，并参与机械及电子系统的设计过程。
6.与顾问及早期客户交流以改善系统和软件设计。


任职要求：

1.统招本科及以上学历，计算机或控制相关专业。
2.对机器人学有深度掌握：包括运动轨迹，反馈控制，IK， 和传感器数据整合。
3.精通C或C++语言开发，且有十年以上实际相关工程开发经验。
4.对实时系统概念的掌握，以及相关领域工程开发经验，必须熟知如下至少一个系统或标准:QNX, VxWorks, Real Time Linux, POSIX 或类似系统。
5.有工业通信系统的知识，对CAN， BiSS或类似通信协议有所掌握。
6.具备团队领导能力和项目管理能力。
7.有复杂机电系统和软件系统测试及文档建立的工作经验。
8.有嵌入式软件开发经验者优先， 熟练的中英文读写能力。

Senior Control Software Engineer

Responsibilities include:
•Software design and development of a real-time robot controller
•Verification and validation testing for safety and reliability
•Support and contribute to intellectual property development
•Work with cross-functional teams including software and electrical engineers as well as clinicians and marketing staff

Qualifications:
•BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Controls Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
•Strong understanding of real-time robot control software design with an emphasis on reliability and safety.
•Experience with robotic controls: feedbacks, Inverse Kinematics, sensor data acquisition.
•Good applied mathematics foundation: linear algebra, numeric computation and statistics
•10 years + real world C/C++ programming experience
•Some experience with industrial communication protocols such as CAN, BiSS, etc.
•Experience with documenting and testing electro-mechanical systems
•Team p with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidate is expected to have excellent English reading and writing skills

Additional desirable skills and experience include:
•Experience writing device drivers and working with ded systems
•Experience with computer vision
•Experience with medical devices
•Familiarity with FDA or CFDA regulations
•Start-up experience
