TITLE
Marketing specialist
REPORTS TO
Channel Marketing Manager
The candidate is expected to drive Align’s topline growth in China clinic chains and strengthen partnership.
-Monitor China private clinic market dynamics and identify key chains for Align’s strategic partnership
-Act as key account manager with key chains. Grow strategic partnership and improve Invisalign utilization as well as build strong branding in HCPs & consumers.
-Implement strategic drivers by maintaining close relationship with clinic management, initiating & executing marketing programs and enhancing ROIs, managing annual contracts & promotions to achieve all financial metrics.
-Manage marketing budget effectively, including vender screening, expense application and payment processing.
Network
-Work with sales team, clinical, consumer marketing, professional marketing, field marketing specialist.
Qualifications:
-5+ years in both sales and marketing roles proven track record on marketing & key account management experience
-Customer focus while as strategic thinking
-Strong implementation and result-oriented mindset
Education & Experience
-University degree in business/marketing/economics. Master or above is a plus
-Experience in working in a multidisciplinary & matrix organization healthcare industry experience is plus.
Skill set
-Good spoken and written Chinese & English.
-Extensive marketing skills in healthcare industry and knowledge on key account management
-Skillful at project management, communication & presentation. A team p.
-Able to travel extensively within China (about 20% of working hours)
