SUMMARY

This position will report to Accounting Supervisor, handle or support the monthly book-keeping and month-end closing process for Align China. This hands-on role offers both variety and responsibility along with the opportunity to make a strong contribution to our growth and expansion plans in Align China.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, in the area of:

oEnsure completeness and accuracy of billing. VAT reconciliation between ERP and golden tax system.
oMaintain sales discount and credit memo in ERP.
oPrepare and ensure timely AR reconciliations.
oPrepare local statutory reporting, and tax reporting.
oWork closely with commercial team for AR collection.
oSupport internal and external audit requirements.
oSupport to ERP implementation and master maintenance.
oAd hoc financial projects

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
•At least 2 years relevant experience in finance and accounting
•Working experience in a multinational company environment, with ability to operate in diverse cultures
•A good team p with strong verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills to give strong business partnering support
•Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects


SKILLS REQUIRED:

•Language: English and Chinese (written and spoken)
•Working knowledge of SAP.
•Advanced Excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables
