Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:
1.Create URS for new automation projects based on the requirement from production. 基于生产的要求，起草新自动化项目的URS。
2.Manage the project, including but not limited to review supplier’s design, follow up the schedule, FAT and installation. 管理项目，包含但不限于方案确认，项目进度跟进以及工厂接收测试, 设备安装等。
3.Carry out IQ, OQ & PQ cooperate with QE department. 与质量部门协作，完成设备的IQ, OQ和PQ。
4.Optimize and improve the equipment performance .优化和提高设备性能。
5.Supervise the contractor to ensure the work performance as the user requirement .管理供应商按照用户要求施工。
6.Collect equipment information and the integrity of information and file up in time.收集设备资料，确保资料的完整并及时归档。
7.Carry out close cooperation with the other departments, analysis and establish the improved plan , implementing ,tracing result. 与其他生产部门紧密合作，分析并建立提升计划，执行并追踪结果。
8.Maintenance electrical equipment of pharmaceutical workshop. 制药车间的电气维修。
9.Ensure electrical equipment of utility running smoothly. 确保公用系统电气设施运行正常。
10.Backup program and parameter regular. 定期备份程序及参数。
11.Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 其他主管安排的任务。
Qualifications任职资格:
Education 教育背景:
BS Degree, University or above in mechanical/electrical engineering.机械/电气工程本科及以上毕业
Work experience工作经验:
8+ years’ experience of related working experience with GMP knowledge. 相关工作8年以上经验，懂GMP要求。
Abundant experience of industrial automation solutions. 在自动化解决方案方面有丰富的经验。
Competence and skills技能技巧:
Project management skills .一定的项目管理技巧。
Knowledge of Servo and inverter driver. 有伺服及变频器知识.
Knowledge of industrial network. Such as Modbus and Profibus. 有工业通讯网络知识，比如Modbus及Profibus。
Be family with PLC and HMI of Mitsubishi or Siemens 熟练使用三菱，西门子等PLC以及HMI
Be familiar with different kind of Electric components. (Sensor, motion controller, motion driver, valve, relay and so on).
熟悉不同类型的电气元件如传感器，控制器，驱动器，阀组，继电器等
Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills. 全面的技术英语读写能力及口语能力
