职责描述:
Further develop your exposure to continuous improvement by working on complex projects with our Integrated Operation team. This newly created quality improvement-facing role will collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team, and produce significant process improvement for our customers. The projects handled may span the entire value chain of Operation, from order system, to packing and shipping, CS and manufacturing.
•Responsible for the improvement of existing production equipment in company, introduction of new production lines, extension of infrastructure, and etc
•Gather and put into use of advanced technology in field of automation, material, equipment, method and so on to improve productivity, quality, safety, equipment reliability
•To cooperate in analyzing production issues (productivity, quality) proposing measures
•Collect operation data, track and analyze operation efficiency to find opportunities to improve
•Assists in development of a process knowledge database for studies, projects &/or operations
•Audit production processes on a weekly basis
•Innovational resolve maintenance issue and improve maintenance technology to reduce equipment breakdown
•Closely cooperate with other departments perform improvement s to handle with process issue, quality complaint, customer
•In charge of improvement projects plan preparation and proposal uation, management of project schedule, quality, cost and risk, on-site installation and debugging plan and suppliers’ management, and the acceptance check
•Ensure all improvement projects allocated are completed in accordance with related applicable codes and standards, all government regulations and headquarter SOP requirements
•Optimization for "quality complaints management system", integrate resources, improve efficiency.
•Dealing with relevant data analysis of quality complaints and provide to relevant department.
•Performs other duties as required by Manager.
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above majoring in Instrumental & Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience on continuous improvement or project management in Chemical Manufacturing Industry, plus 3+ years in multi-national company
