Position Summary
•Responsible for technical user support and security in the company’s local area networks. Maintains hardware and software on the company’s network servers and user workstations. Monitors and controls data communications equipment and software.

Key Accountabilities:
•Responsible for all employees account creation, modification and deletion.
•Responsible for maintain all staffs computer.
•Responsible for maintain IS&S system: network, telephone, print, such as access control etc.
•Responsible for maintain the server.
•Responsible for training new employee.
•Responsible for Site Core system operation and maintenance
•Office environment maintenance.

Skills & Capabilities:
•Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software malfunctions and perform repairs is required.
•Capability to manage resources and prioritize tasks in the assigned areas of responsibility is key.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
•The required minimum degree: college
•At least 1 year IT operations related industry working experience
•Basic English is required
