职责描述：
Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts and services.
Qualifies suppliers according to company standards.
Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplier-related problems as they occur.
Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met.
uates suppliers’ internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation.


任职要求：
Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of related experience or Master degree with minimum 3 years of related experience.
Electrical engineering preferred.
Strategic thinking of supplier development to meet company requirements, develop and manage dedicated quality improvement plans for suppliers.
Desire to continually improve process for better efficiency and quality. Be proactive to initiate and lead innovation project for operational excellence.
Strong communication skills and team work skills.
Able and willing to work flexibly at larger job scope.
Able to travel to suppliers frequently as needed.
