职责描述：
1.落实法务各项制度流程；制度流程制定和执行过程中的优化建议和意见处理等；
2.对常规合同的审核、修改及复杂合同的初审、校核，对交易模式提出法律意见和建议；
3.对公司印章、证照文书的保管和管理；
4.公司注册、变更、政府申报中的法律事务；
5.知识产权申请和实施过程中的资料收集、争议解决，与外部顾问沟通协调；
6.其他公司法律事务，如信息安全、劳动人事相关的法律事务；
7.协助处理亚太区其他法域的法律事务。
1. Implement legal policies and regulations, suggest and coordinate on optimization
2.Review and revise general contracts, and pre-review complex ones advise on transs
3.Keep and manage the company stamps, certificates and documents
4.Conduct legal work in company registration/ation and government filing
5.Collect and file materials in IP application and utilization, dispute resolution, coordinate with external counsels
6.Handle other legal affairs such as information security, employment, etc.
7.Assist on legal affairs in other jurisdictions in APAC.

任职要求：
1.法律专业本科以上毕业，持有司法执业资格证书
bachelor or above degree on law, passed National Judicial Exam
2.公司法务工作经验5年以上
5 years experience as inhouse counsel
3.上述6项岗位职责中，具备3个以上相关工作经验
with experience in 3 areas among the above 6
4.英文读写能力良好
good reading and writing English
5.计算机办公软件技能良好
proficiency in computer office skills
6.思维敏捷、条理清晰、善于沟通、高效、合作、抗压力、亲和力
