职责描述：
1. Carry out the installation, calibration, maintenance and adjustment of Euroimmun instruments and software for clients
为客户提供欧蒙仪器和软件产品的安装，校准，调试和保养服务。
2. Troubleshoots the problems of instrument, either by phone or on site.
通过电话或现场的方式，进行仪器的故障处理和维修。
3. Carry out the software and hardware upgrading of low-end automation instruments.
进行仪器产品的软硬件升级。
4. Provide on-site monthly maintenance and calibration of instruments.
提供仪器的月度保养和校准服务
5. Provide technical support to sales team, including pre-sales and after-sales support. Work tightly with sales team, to provide timely and high quality service to customer.
对销售团队提供售前售后技术支持，并与销售团队紧密合作，为客户提供及时高效的优质服务。
6. Provide technical support for the Instrument Marketing Exhibition
对市场活动提供技术支持

任职要求：
1. University degree or above in Computer, Automation, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering.专科及以上学历，计算机，自动化，机械工程，电子工程，生物医学工程等相关专业。
2.good hands-on skills.动手能力强。
3. Can read English technical documents fluently.能熟练阅读英文技术文档。
4. Customer oriented, can work under pressure and solve issues independently.6. Good communication skills, strong service consciousness.以客户为导向，能在压力下工作并能独立解决问题。良好的沟通技巧和服务意识。
5. Adapted to travel frequently.
能够适应经常性出差。
