职责描述：
1.Carry out customer training, ensure stardardized product application. 开展带教培训，确保客户正确使用产品
2.Solve customers product application and complaint, ensure high efficency and high quality service. 解决客户应用问题和投诉，确保高效高质量的售后服务
3.Provide sales technical support, ensure to achieve reginal sales target. 提供销售人员技术支持，确保区域销售工作的开展
4.Fill in service report in time, ensure to meet the requirement of company routine management. 及时完整填写相关服务报告，确保符合公司日常管理的要求

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above in Clinical Laboratory or life science discipline or equivalent
临床检验或生物相关专业，本科及以上学历
2.Minimum 1 years working experience in technical support for medical or biotechnological area.
1年以上医药或生物技术行业相关技术支持工作经验
3.Immunology knowledge,
免疫学相关知识
4.Standard and fluent mandarin, good communication ability, CET4 or above, familiar with MS office software
普通话标准流利，具备良好的沟通能力，英语4级以上，熟悉办公软件
