职责描述：
销售目标达成：开发区域内海外代理商，建立和完善区域内分销网络.确保销售计划的完成；根据市场需求制定市场宣传计划。
Achieve the sales plan: Develop the overseas distributor and potential hospital clients. Set up and build the sales network to ensure the completion of the sales targets. Work out the promotion plan according to the marketing needs.
客户维护和渠道管理：负责主要客户和区域销售渠道的维护，及时满足客户需求，处理客户投诉。
Customer relationship maintain: maintain the relationship with the VIP clients and local sales channel. Handle the customer complaints to meet the customer need.
代理商销售人员的培训，医院科室会产品宣讲以及手术跟台。
Train the sales person of local distributor, product presentation in target hospital and assistant work in operation room.
订单管理和售后服务：按照外贸订单处理流程完成相应订单跟进，配合服务部和物流部同事完成每单货物的出口程序；
Order Management and After-sales service： As per the related international ordering guidelines, follow up each shipment of goods to arrive in distributor warehouse, guide the logistics colleague to finish exporting routine work.
产品注册协调：确认代理商提出的注册要求后，移交临床注册部同事并随时跟进注册进展，利用各种资源尽力缩短注册周期。
Product registration coordinate: the registration documents requirements from distributor and transfer them to regulatory department. Take use of all resources to achieve the registration accomplished asap.

任职要求
1、 大学本科及以上学历，国际贸易类或医学类相关专业；
Bachelor or above. Major in international business, medicine or related.
2、 医疗行业或从事国际贸易业务，有3年以上工作经验；
3 years working experience in medical field or international business.
3、 知识技能：精通市场营销知识，具备较强的销售知识和意愿；具备独立开拓、管理市场的强烈自驱力；
Skills: Good command of the marketing knowledge, familiar with medical feild and good at sales, eager to explore the new markets.
4、 外语水平：英语听说读写熟练,英语专业八级优先
Foreign language: English is fluent in listening, speaking and writing. TEM 8 is a plus.
