What are my responsibilities?
1.Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines and standards. 根据既定的程序、指南和标准执行运维活动
2.Implements programs and procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety in IT Operations 遵循相关程序确保运维中的数据/信息的安全
3.Executes relevant tests, and designs/documents the operational processes.

4.Identifies operational IT problems and seeks resolutions without negative impact to enduser 甄别运维的IT问题，并寻找没有终端用户影响的解决方案
5.Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities, individual coaching and trainings.
承担二级用户支持活动，单独指导和培训。
6.Communicates with vendors and service providers on an accountable level to solve principle local IT problems, or cooperates with central IT in that respect.
与供应商和服务商保持良好的沟通以解决本地IT 问题，同时与总部IT 保持协作。
7.Drives principle IT Operation projects on-site or at the region.
驾驭并驱动现场或区域的主要IT运作项目。
8.Keeps abreast of developments regarding IT operations and maintenance.

9.Supports customization and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes. 支持配置和优化IT运维流程
